Challenge: build a summary dashboard

This is the final exercise, and it is deliberately short on help. Four summary figures, one log, and the method is yours to choose.

Each answer exists somewhere in Parts 4 to 9. The last one, naming the top performer rather than quoting their figure, needs two functions working together, because no single function returns the label that belongs to the largest number.
