Join text together and fix the capitals

The ampersand glues text together. =A2&B2 runs the two cells straight into each other, so a space has to be supplied as its own piece of text: =A2&" "&B2.
PROPER capitalises the first letter of each word and lower-cases the rest. It is the right tool for names typed in a hurry, and the wrong tool for anything where capitals carry meaning. It will happily turn NASA into Nasa.
In C2, build the full name from the first and last name columns, then fill down to C5.
