Clean customer names with TRIM and PROPER
83%
PROPERTRIM
Names imported from another system often contain leading spaces, trailing spaces or several spaces between words. TRIM removes the extra spacing without changing the letters.
PROPER then capitalises the first letter of each word. Nesting PROPER around TRIM lets one formula clean both problems, and the result follows the raw name if it is corrected later.
In B2:B5, use a formula combining TRIM and PROPER to clean all four customer names.
