Sort bonuses and total by department

Sorting a table must move entire rows, not one column by itself. That keeps each employee's department and bonus attached to the same person as the order changes.

SUMIF adds values only where a matching department appears. The department column is the criteria range, while the bonus column is the sum range. Those ranges must cover the same rows.

Sort the table by Department, then total each department's bonus in F2:F4.
