Quartiles and the middle half
80%
QUARTILE.INCMEDIAN
Sort the values and cut them into four equal groups. The cuts are the quartiles: Q1 has a quarter of the data below it, Q2 is the median, and Q3 has three quarters below it.
The distance from Q1 to Q3 is the interquartile range, and it is the span the middle half of your data occupies. Unlike the full range it ignores both extremes entirely, which makes it the spread measure to quote when you know there are outliers and you do not want them deciding the answer.
In E2:E4, work out the first quartile, the third quartile and the gap between them.
